Join WELL|AWAKE for a casual group meditation, this weekend at TRIBE Fitness. We'll sit for a 25 minute guided meditation and save space to chat before and after class. There aren't any levels or pre-requisites. You don't have to be dressed a certain way or in the perfect mood. We're keeping it simple; just join in and observe what happens.
A Self-Compassion Meditation is for everyone. Whether your'e single, attached or otherwise we can ALL use a dose of love, understanding and patience directed at ourselves. We'll observe what our inner critic and our inner hypeman both have to say and raise some awareness around how we may listen to one more than the other. We'll deliberately treat ourselves like we would a cherished friend for this meditation so come on down and get yourself a hunk of burnin'(Self) Love!!!
