Join WELL|AWAKE for a casual group meditation! This week we gather at WeWork- Holyoke in beautiful Pioneer Square. We'll sit for a 25 minute guided meditation and save space to chat before and after class. There aren't any levels or pre-requisites. You don't have to be dressed a certain way or in the perfect mood. We're keeping it simple; just join in and observe what happens.
A Stress-Relief Meditation says it all. It's time you breathed a little deeper, released some tension and relaxed your neck muscles. Having a ton on your plate doesn't mean you have to suffer with the side effects of chronic stress. It's possible to even enjoy a busy life! We'll explore ways to create more space in our day and truly unwind using mindfulness techniques, meditation and physical movement.
